Booking issue
Problems with placing, accepting or completing a booking? Include your booking reference and a short description of what happened. Email booking support.
Refund review request
To request a review of a £50 Booking Confirmation Payment, include your booking reference and the reason for the request. See our Booking Confirmation Payment & Refund Policy. Email refund team.
Vendor no-show or cancellation
If your accepted vendor did not arrive or cancelled at short notice, report it with your booking reference and the time of the event. Report vendor issue.
Report a fake or abusive request (vendors)
Vendors can report suspected fake bookings, abusive customers or repeated no-shows. Please include the request/booking reference and any relevant details. Report a request.
Allergen or food safety concern
